A Newhome Janome model 656a sewing machine which has just been Fully serviced and sews a perfect stitch. This is an old solid and very reliable sewing machine and also has the built on handle at the top so that it is easy to carry around with you. This has the needle left and centre position, with a few extra built in stitches which are:- Straight and zig zag stitch, Three step zig zag which is great for overcasting and mending, Overlock (Elastic knit stitch) x 4, Blind Stitch which is used for hemming skirts etc.

This also has the push in reverse button. The machine is colour coded.
There is a slide off plastic extention table (Sewing Table) and when removed you can use the machine to do some free-arm sewing which is great for sewing items such as collars and cuffs like those awkward garments that you need to slide over. This will come with extra bobbins and needles and will be left threaded up for you so that you can begin to sew as soon as you receive the machine. There is not an instruction book though I am afraid or a cover but you could make one of these the first project on your machine.
