I tested it last night:users commented that they got different ISOs with the following Service Tags.The Latitude E7250 ISO is slightly larger, I'm not sure if it offers additional drivers, I don't have that model to test with.The Precision T1700 ISO is from 2011. I'm not sure why this is, but it may be useful to have this ISO.

For the Windows downloads this might work. Most of them can be checked with the 'ISO Tools' anyway. Actually all of them except the insider and developer editions should be covered.  The Office downloads from officecdn.microsoft.com however are occasionally updated, without any notification from MS.

That would lead to people getting the wrong hashes, and eventually great frustration (at the latest after they have downloaded the file for the second or third time).I don't think Microsoft will Update their Windows ISOs. The Windows 7 ISO haven't been updated since 21st November 2010. I just spent quite a bit of time writing a guide to bring the Bootable USB up to date using DISM. It is unlikely for them to Update the Windows 8.1 ISOs and for Windows 10 they will just release a totally new Build.
