Unfortunately, that did not seem to work. I was able to activate Office Home & Business 2013 in Word. Soon after, I opened Outlook 2013 and the window immediately came back. @ Aaron6387, I can get to step 3 in that how-to before I start having issues. C: Program Files Microsoft Office 15 root office15 is the directory where Office is. I tired stopping the Print Spooler service, Used CCleaner, Used the Microsoft office removal tool, ended 4 out of the 5 processes running on the task manager in regards to the installation program and yet it does nothing.
